Ukulima wa uyoga ni kitega uchumi kinachoweza kumnasua Mkulima mapema kutoka kwenye u maskini;

Eating Mushrooms and eating Red and Yellow Onions create better health for our bodies!
Mushrooms are full of B vitamins, including riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid, which help to provide #energy by breaking down #proteins, #fats and #carbohydrates.
🍄#Bvitamins also play an important role in the nervous system.
🍄#Pantothenic acid helps with the production of hormones and also plays an important role in the nervous system.
🍄#Riboflavin helps maintain healthy red blood cells.
🍄#Niacin promotes healthy skin and makes sure the digestive and nervous systems function properly.
🍄#Mushrooms are also a source of important minerals:
🍄Selenium
is a mineral that works as an antioxidant to protect body cells from
damage that might lead to heart disease, some cancers and other diseases
of aging. It also has been found to be important for the immune system
and fertility in men.
🍄 Mushrooms are among the richest sources of selenium in the produce aisle and provide 8-22 mcg per serving.
🍄This is good news for vegetarians, whose sources of #selenium are limited.
🍄#Ergothioneine is a naturally occurring antioxidant that also may help protect the body’s cells.
🍄Mushrooms provide 2.8-4.9 mg of ergothioneine per serving of white, portabella or crimini mushrooms.
🍄#Copper helps make red blood cells also it helps keep bones and nerves healthy.
🍄#Potassium
is an important mineral! It helps your nerves to function and muscles
to contract. It also helps move nutrients into cells and waste products
out of cells. A diet rich in potassium helps to offset some of sodium's
harmful effects on blood pressure.
Onions!
Although more research is needed, #onions have been linked to improved bone health, lower blood sugar levels and reduced risk of cancer
🎀 Observational studies have linked increased consumption of onions to reduced #risk of several types of #cancers, such as #stomach, #breast, #colon- and #prostate cancers.

Ganoderma lucidum are known as reishi in
Japan and lingzhi in China. These medicinal mushrooms, which are usually
ground up and added to teas and soups or sold in capsule form, have
significant health benefits.
Reishi mushrooms get their medicinal
powers from two components: polysaccharides and triterpenes. Iris
Benzie, professor of biomedical science in the Department of Health
Technology & Informatics at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, who
has been studying reishi for 15 years,
tells Time magazine: "Polysaccharides are believed to stimulate white
cells and the immune system and possibly be involved in preventing new
blood vessel growth, which has an anticancer effect because cancer cells
growing rapidly need a good blood supply and encourage blood vessel
growth to nourish them. Triterpenes are believed to be ingredients that
might have something to do with lowering cholesterol."

that may stop cancer cells from growing and spreading, according to the
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. They also boost immune response,
and their triterpenes may have blood pressure-lowering and anti-allergy
or antihistamine effects, the cancer center says.
